About the Author
Anthony Marcus is an Associate Professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice of the City University of New York. He has published widely on urban public policy, American legal history, African American history and culture, and economic and social development in America and abroad. His book, "Where Have All the Homeless Gone: The Making and Unmaking of a Crisis" looks at political discourses on poverty and public policy from the Great Depression to the Clinton era.
John M. Giggie is an Associate Professor of history at the University of Alabama. His published works include articles on nineteenth-century America, southern U.S. history, and U.S. religion, as well as his recently published books "After Redemption: Jim Crow and the Transformation of African American Religion in the Delta, 1875 1915" and "Faith in the Market: Religion and the Rise of Urban Commercial Culture." His current research projects include African American religion and the Civil War; early blues music; and religion and the civil rights movement.David Burner, late professor of history at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, wrote two books on John F. Kennedy, as well as books on Herbert Hoover, the 1960s, the Democratic Party in the 1920s, and a number of textbooks.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOOK. ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITES. I STARTED READING THIS WHEN I WAS 10 OR 12 YR OLD. IM NOW 33. I READ THIS BOOK EVERY YEAR. I NOW READ IT TO MY CHILDREN. IT IS ENCOURAGING TO READ HOW POWERFUL FAITH IS. LIKE WHEN MRS FOGLIO'S BIBLE COULDNT BE BURNED. I LOVED THIS WOMAN AND SHE HAS INSPIRED ME IN MANY WAYS TO SERVE THE LORD. READING ABOUT HER AND HAVING A GRANDMOTHER THAT WAS RIGHTOUS ARE THE MAIN REASONS I FOLLOW THE LORD TODAY. THIS BOOK IS GREAT!!! IT WILL MAKE YOU LAUGH, CRY, AND RAH RAH RAH!!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT IT. MY CHILDREN (14,12,6,&6.) ALSO LOVE IT!!! NOW MY HUSBAND IS READING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND CANT PUT IT DOWN. Hey God! I'm thankful!

When I read this book I could hardly put it down. The story is so down to earth and true and you always want to know 'what will Mama do next' ?
I grew up in a neighborhood that was at least half Italian and many of them immigrants.
I don't think this is a story of whether Catholics are right or Pentecostals are right. It's not a story of denominations. It's a story of God's great love for each of us and the miracles He will perform when we believe in him and not a religion or denomination.
Too often some want to make it an "us vs. them" thing. This story is not that. It's a very heart warming and sincere account of a wonderful family and their friends.
As a matter of fact, I was surprised and very pleased when I read the part about Mr. Maronni and the pizza parlor. I know him and his wife!!!
They are wonderful people also.
So, for those out there who see this as an attack on their religion, it's not. It's a story of a family, their faith, their openness and belief in God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit in all it's power and beauty. The church they/we attend doesn't matter... it's the relationship we have with God and His son Jesus. That's what truly matters.
Religions have too many "church rules" that are not found in the Bible.
God's way, direct from the Bible, is the only way. Read it for yourself and see.

Robert M. Lee is is the CEO and Founder of the industrial cyber security company Dragos, Inc. He is also a non-resident National Cybersecurity Fellow at New America focusing on policy issues relating to the cyber security of critical infrastructure. Already looking forward to the next book!

This is an awesome follow-up to SCADA and Me! While the stories are not linked (except for the throwback at the end about the hackers) it's a continuation of Little Bobby and the field of security. I think it's quite a bit longer than the first book, but I still really enjoyed it. I feel Threat Intelligence and Me is more educational than it's predecessor, yet didn't lose the humor. I definitely actually learned some things this time around instead of just having a good laugh.

5/5 would recommend this for anyone in the field or for people wanting to learn about threat intel!

This one doesn't state in the advertisement, "exam answer sheet included", and it wasn't there. The book, itself, however, arrived new and on time as anticipated. It is an informative source of information as far as standardization of food safety guidelines goes, and helped me to prepare for the exam, which is required in my line of work.

"Michael Harris does a great job on this book. In this book he recommends the view camera (instead of the typical 35mm). This book isn't really going to teach all aspects of how to use this camera or the equipment. However, there is pretty good coverage concerning lights and how to correct color with filters. He also gives a really good run down on what equipment to buy, composition, and different types of film.

If you want to learn a lot about architectural photography and its equipment, this is a really good book. If you want lots of specifics on view cameras, you'll need a different book." Reviewer from Amazon.com 5 star review

I am disappointed with this book it is very dated. Talks mostly about film was last updated in 2003 does not deal at all with digital photography let alone HDR it was of absolutely no help to me. Equipment recommendations are large format camera and other associated studio types of lighting, and filters. Glad I only rented it.

The author is very well-structured and approached the set out of the material (starting from the selection of equipment till the "pitfalls." I'm a little sad that in Russia there was no such author, who would describes the process of Professional (!!!) interior phoography. I'm happy to have such a book.

It's Just What the Title Says!

This book is a very useful and informative. It does a very good job of covering what makes professional interior photography work. Definitely a book for advanced amateurs or professionals. Would be great for a professional who is expanding their scope of work to include interior photography or who is looking for techniques or useful ideas. Harris does a very good job of describing appropriate camera and lighting equipment, lighting techniques, color correction processes, etc. The book is pretty much up-to-date and covers digital photography reasonably well. It is a very "hands-on" book from someone who obviously knows what they are doing. I probably would not recommend this to "snapshot" photographers, you might not get too much out of it.

I was told that Microsoft Access would be a difficult subject to learn, not so with this book. It is extremely well written and laid out that it makes what could have been a difficult subject very easy.
